A 1xBet promo code usually fails for one of four reasons: it was typed wrongly or in the bet slip, it was added after the first deposit, no welcome offer was chosen, or the person already had an account. The code is rejected
- Retype 1x_529930 with no spaces, or copy it with the Copy code button.

You deposited before adding the code
The welcome offer is linked to the first deposit. If you deposited first, contact support straight away and ask whether the code can still be attached — sometimes it can if no bets were placed. Do not open a second account to try again.
Code already used
1xBet allows one welcome bonus per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. “Already used” usually means someone in your home, or on your phone or card, claimed a welcome bonus before. There is no legitimate workaround.
The promo code field is missing
- Look for a link such as Add promo code or I have a promo code and tap it.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Register on the mobile website instead; the account works in the app later.
