1xBet in French Guiana: is it legal and does 1x_529930 work?

Legal status

French Guiana is part of France; the rules below follow that legal framework.

As a French overseas department, French Guiana applies the French Law of 12 May 2010 on online gambling, under which only operators approved by the Autorité nationale des jeux (ANJ) may offer online sports betting. Since a 2022 reform the ANJ can order administrative blocking of illegal sites directly, and in 2024 it issued 232 blocking orders covering 1,337 URLs. 1xBet is not on the ANJ list of approved operators, and the ANJ has said the site is in principle blocked in France.

Because of this, 1x_529930 Bonus Desk does not promote 1xBet in French Guiana: there are no sign-up instructions or bonus offers for French Guiana on this site, and our partner link does not send visitors from French Guiana to 1xBet.

Sport and betting in French Guiana

Bettors in French Guiana use the same ANJ-licensed sites as mainland France, such as FDJ's Parions Sport, and follow Ligue 1 closely. The local football league feeds players to French clubs, and the Tour de Guyane is the region's main cycling race.

What this means for you

• Do not use VPNs or “mirror” sites to get around the law — accounts opened that way can be closed and winnings withheld, and you may break local law.
• You would have no local regulator to complain to if something went wrong.
• If betting is legal in your country, use operators licensed by your national regulator.
