Legal status
Online gambling in Colombia is legal only through operators holding a concession contract with Coljuegos under Law 643 of 2001 and Law 1753 of 2015; unlicensed sites are blocked through the Ministry of ICT and internet providers. Coljuegos has issued tens of thousands of blocking orders since 2022. In February 2025 it reported blocking 409 portals of the 1Win, 1xBet, BBRBET and Pinnacle brands, 242 of them linked to 1xBet, for operating from abroad without authorisation.

Because of this, 1x_529930 Bonus Desk does not promote 1xBet in Colombia: there are no sign-up instructions or bonus offers for Colombia on this site, and our partner link does not send visitors from Colombia to 1xBet.
Sport and betting in Colombia
Colombia was the first Latin American country to regulate online betting, in 2016, and licensed brands sponsor the top-flight Liga BetPlay. Coljuegos also pursues influencers who promote unlicensed betting and raffles on social media.
What this means for you
- Do not use VPNs or “mirror” sites to get around the law — accounts opened that way can be closed and winnings withheld, and you may break local law.
- You would have no local regulator to complain to if something went wrong.
- If betting is legal in your country, use operators licensed by your national regulator.
