1xBet in New Zealand: is it legal and does 1x_529930 work?
No. Since mid-2025 only TAB New Zealand may lawfully offer online race and sports betting to people in New Zealand, and 1xBet is not licensed. The 1xBet promo code 1x_529930 cannot be used in New Zealand, and we do not give sign-up instructions, VPN tips or mirror links for it.

Legal status
Amendments to the Racing Industry Act 2020, in force from late June 2025, made it unlawful for anyone other than TAB New Zealand to offer online race and sports betting to people in New Zealand. Online casino gaming is being moved under the Online Casino Gambling Bill, which passed its third reading in April 2026. It creates up to 15 auctioned licences overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs, with the regime expected to start in 2027. Unlicensed online casino operators will be prohibited from operating or advertising, so offshore bookmakers such as 1xBet have no lawful route into the market.

Because of this, 1x_529930 Bonus Desk does not promote 1xBet in New Zealand: there are no sign-up instructions or bonus offers for New Zealand on this site, and our partner link does not send visitors from New Zealand to 1xBet.
Sport and betting in New Zealand
TAB NZ has been run by Entain under a long-term commercial partnership since 2023, and betting on All Blacks tests, Super Rugby and racing makes up most of its turnover. The 2025 law change targeted offshore bookmakers, which TAB NZ said were taking significant market share without paying racing and sports levies.
What this means for you
- Do not use VPNs or “mirror” sites to get around the law — accounts opened that way can be closed and winnings withheld, and you may break local law.
- You would have no local regulator to complain to if something went wrong.
- If betting is legal in your country, use operators licensed by your national regulator.
