No. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority issued a public notice in November 2023 that 1xBet is not licensed to offer interactive gambling in or from Seychelles. Legal status
Gambling is governed by the Seychelles Gambling Act 2014, in force since 1 November 2015, and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The Seychelles Gambling (Interactive Gambling) Rules 2024 set up a licensing framework for remote betting. In a notice dated 7 November 2023 the FSA said 1xBet is unlicensed in Seychelles and that its users are not protected under the Gambling Act.

Because of this, 1x_529930 Bonus Desk does not promote 1xBet in Seychelles: there are no sign-up instructions or bonus offers for Seychelles on this site, and our partner link does not send visitors from Seychelles to 1xBet.
Sport and betting in Seychelles
Seychelles is a small market of about 100,000 people where the FSA regulates both gambling and financial services. The FSA's 1xBet notice warned that people using the site do so at their own risk.
What this means for you
- Do not use VPNs or “mirror” sites to get around the law — accounts opened that way can be closed and winnings withheld, and you may break local law.
- You would have no local regulator to complain to if something went wrong.
- If betting is legal in your country, use operators licensed by your national regulator.
