1xBet in Guinea: is it legal and does 1x_529930 work?

Legal status

A 2022 decree gave the Loterie Nationale de Guinée (LONAGUI) exclusivity over lotteries and sports betting sold through physical networks, and LONAGUI took over the business of Guinée Games after that company's licence was withdrawn in June 2021. LONAGUI is described as the body that authorises bookmakers. 1xBet runs social programmes in Guinea, but no official licence was found, so its status is treated as restricted.

Because of this, 1x_529930 Bonus Desk does not promote 1xBet in Guinea: there are no sign-up instructions or bonus offers for Guinea on this site, and our partner link does not send visitors from Guinea to 1xBet.

Sport and betting in Guinea

LONAGUI was given three months in 2022 to bring other game organisers under its exclusive control and is the official sponsor of the national football cup. LONAGUI also runs its own betting app for Guinean residents.

What this means for you

• Do not use VPNs or “mirror” sites to get around the law — accounts opened that way can be closed and winnings withheld, and you may break local law.
• You would have no local regulator to complain to if something went wrong.
• If betting is legal in your country, use operators licensed by your national regulator.

Help and support

If gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you, free and confidential help is available:

• Gambling Therapy (free, online, many languages)
• Gamblers Anonymous
